This is one of the Mages Guildmasters. As you can see, he is keeping the midnight candles burning. He was so engrossed in his spellbook he didn't even notice me taking his picture. Apparently one of his apprentices has asked him to come up with a spell to keep students from flunking their classes due to mudding.
